    This week was really good. We went on a split with the sisters from Érd. They are having a hard time because Érd is a little more challenging than most of the areas in Hungary. Both my companion (Sister Simons) and I served there so we understand how hard it can be and it was good to be able to talk it out with them. It also gave us an opportunity to work in Óbuda a little more and find a couple of pretty places there.

      Highlights of the week!

      Going to visit Bea and Sándor. We love them so much. I've mentioned them before. When I first came they weren't really that active. But we've been visiting and they now come to church. It's so adorable to see them-mom, dad, two girls- at church. They weren't there yesterday but I think that might be because she is pregnant! They had told us that they were hoping for two more and when we visited this week she told us that she was pregnant. She hadn't even told the girls yet so it was really cool that she told us. We are so excited for them.

      Meeting with Lívia. We haven't met with her in forever. I thought she was a lost cause. But, lo and behold, when we met this past week she explained how she thinks her faith has grown. Before she didn't believe in God at all but now she feels like He really could be there and she has experienced a better feeling in her life and more personal inspiration. It was really cool. She actually said she would come to church (before she always said no) but she didn't come. It's still a big step, though.

      Jozsi came to church! He's been promising to come for a few weeks now but always bails at the last minute. This Sunday I called him that morning and when he tried to tell me that he would come in two weeks after he gets surgery on his wrist I wasn't having any of that. So he laughed and said he would come and he did. We were sooo happy. He even stayed the whole three hours and I think he enjoyed himself. He loved the talks and he found the guy who baptized him. So it was good. The bishop and the members were all really nice to him and he participated in Sunday school. It was a miracle. AND Zsuzsa came to church again and I saw her asking the bishop if she could meet with him, which is something we've been talking about for a bit now.

      Yesterday we had dinner with the coolest lady ever. Her name is Niki. She is a member and she works for an international law enforcement academy. It was so cool talking to her and it definitely filled our minds with dreams of working for the FBI. She served a mission in Ukraine.

      We went on a big hike with for a ward activity and it was really beautiful and fun. Some people from my old areas showed up and it was great to be able to speak with them so much more easily than when I was in Pápa for example. I have been really blessed with the language, especially in the last few months. Yesterday a man thought I was Hungarian. It's not the only time it's happened and it is always a huge compliment and makes all the work worth it. Obviously some days are better than others and there are still things I don't understand but I love Hungarian and for the most part it's a joy and not a burden to speak it.

      As always, I love this city more than I can express in words. I love missionary work, and I am really happy. Even though I am looking forward to being with the family again, I am going to miss this and I am very grateful that I get to do this.

Hermana Naegle: IRMA Y URBANO SE BAUTIZARON!

Esta semana tuvimos un bautismo muy hermosos y muy espiritual! oh sorry that was in Spanish... It says this week we had a very beautiful and spiritual baptism. and it was. So great! I'll send pictures. We were able to pull everything off and it was perfect. The closing prayer was a bit interesting but heartfelt. and I loved it. Irma and Urbano are so excited to be memebrs and to take this new step. Urbano wants us to convert his own family but especially his brother Juan. But it seems like Juan doesn't really want to, but mostly because of his wife Esperanza, so there is still hope. That's going ot be our new project. Also whats the coolest is that one of our less active members, Ventura Rodriguez, is the godson of Urbano. We didn't know and when we found out Alicia the wife of Venture wanted it to be a surprise. (ventura and Alicia haven't gone to church in forever because of certain things that happened a long time ago etc... Ventura was once the branch president so they were super active before) anyways Alicia got Ventura to come and you should have seen the look on his face when he saw him and when he heard that he was getting baptized. and lo and behold Ventura and Alicia showed up to church the next day and are going to come again next Sunday! So miracles do happen. Right now he says that he's coming only to support Urbano and Irma but at least he's coming and while he's there his testimony will grow. We've been using a different technique with Ventura we don't teach him. We hand him the book of mormona and we tell him to find and explain to us a scripture so he teaches himself. It seems to work they aren't the most spiritual lessons but it has been helping him to stat thinking again about spiritual things. Its been fun and interesting.

Well today we saw more crocadiles only this time they weren't behind bars and were very close. the only downer is that they were little crocadiles I wanted to see one of the giant ones. Oh and we went to see the beach. Its gorgeous.

This week was really good. One cool thing that happened was that we showed up at the meeting house for a program with a woman named Anita, but instead there were two men and a baby there. We asked them whom they were waiting for, and they said that they were there to meet with us. Apparently Anita couldn't make it so she sent her husband (who had with him their baby and family friend) in her place. It turned out that he was an inactive member but the family friend was not a member and we had a really good first introduction with him. We are hoping that we get to work with them in the future too. Our other investigators are doing well we are just having a hard time getting them to church. Sundays are a huge family day for Hungarians where they spend time together. A lot of them also use that day to cook for the rest of the week and they are scared that they won't have food if they don't cook...So we are just trying to teach them that it's worth it to come to church for a few hours and get the spiritual strength that they need for the rest of the week.

Hermana Naegle: April 13th

Unfortunately Irma and Urbano didn't get baptized on Saturday and we are now planning their baptism this coming Saturday. It will be better this way, they needed a little bit more prep time. But they are still golden as ever :) they really are so amazing! I  just love them so much!!!

Juan Manuel is doing great, paying his tithing, praying reading, obeying the word of wisdom etc. The only problem is that he has now gone away to work for 18 days straight. rough. but when he gets back we'll see how things are going. he's going to ask if they can give him Sundays off from work so that he can keep the Sabbath day holy. we haven't given him that lesson yet but it came up when we were teaching the ten commandments. so we´ll see how that goes. Hopefully it goes well. 

Its getting super hot like 93 tomorrow it supposed to go up to about 103 (farenheit, farenheight? how do you spell that?) We are melting but its all good. I counted down the days and i only have 27 left in the mission. 25 here in my area. because I spend one traveling to Guadalajara and the other getting ready to leave. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'll leave behind some dear friends here in San Blas. More than any other area. Probably because I've spent more time here than any other area. I kind of wish he would have let me stay longer in one place, but its all good :) 

What else...... Oh we're going to go so crocodiles today at 3. I'll try and send photos afterwards. That's why we're writing early. But when we get back we'll still have a half hour to write we're going to split it up a bit. 

Well I love you all dearly!!!! so very much! I miss your beautiful faces and voices. I keep having dreams that I'm home and then I start crying because I miss everyone from my mission but I'm happy to be home, then I wake up and I realize that I'm still in the mission. Its a bit of an emotional roller coaster every morning.... hahaha. 

There are so many iguanas!!!! so many!!! did I tell you about the iguana that kept coming in to the bathroom? well my companion found out how to close the bathroom window and the iguana came back today and couldn't get in poor fellow. There are also a lot of cockroaches. gross. very gross and they are big very BIG! and nasty. every time we get home i do a cockroach check because they really gross me out with their long antenna and ugly reddish-brown color . when you kill them I swear that they squweel (squeel? I'm really forgeting how to spell!).

well the sun is shinning and there are crocodiles waiting to be seen so I'll chat with you all later!

Naegle nover: 8 Booming in Buda! April 13th

      One of my friends from the MTC titled her last emails this way, counting down to the last p-day, and I thought it was a great idea so I am going to do the same. Just seven more after this!

This last week was a great one. Our work is starting to really thrive and I am feeling so blessed. András is doing great and actually he brings up baptism these days so that is fantastic. We taught him about the Plan of Salvation and it was awesome. It's my favorite lesson to teach and we all just got really excited.
      We finally met with Dóra and at first I was a little frustrated because she 100% knows the Book of Mormon is true and wants to be baptized, but she said that she believes it is God's will that she live in the apartment where she and her ex-husband currently live together and so she knows that He will do something about it. However, it's been at least 7 years and nothing has changed. God won't make it so that she stops sinning, He will wait for her to choose to stop sinning, and He will open the way. It ended up being a really good program though and she is planning on moving out in the summer and challenging her ex in court because he doesn't actually have a legal right to live there.

      We also finally met with Laura and her son Julius. She has a long way to go, but she could make it. Jozsi didn't come to church sadly but Zsuzsa came and I almost cried of happiness. She is a recent convert whom we visit but she hasn't been to church at least since I arrived. Also, Sándor, who was also inactive but showed up to conference was there with his cute family (wife Bea and two daughters). So two huge miracles right there. So great!!

      Another person who came to church was our brand new investigator that we inherited from the elders who left. Her name is Emma and we met with her Saturday night. We had a really, really good program with her and we felt really hopeful but we did not expect her to show up to church because she said she probably wouldn't come. But then she walked in Sunday morning!! It was so great.

     Oh and I almost forgot that we went to a wedding! It was a member named Edit that we met with a lot. She was so beautiful and it was exciting to see a Hungarian wedding. She walked down the aisle to that "Some Say Love" song that is in Napoleon Dynamite. Awesome.

      So, things are hopping here and we hope it will only get better. Hope you all have a great week and enjoy listening to conference re-runs.

Hermana Naegle: April 6th

Irma and Urbano are set to get baptized his coming Saturday! pray that everything goes well and that the spirit is strong in their baptism. Irma is so funny. She has taken it upon herself to feed us breakfast every morning. She says that the mission has been rough on me and that she wants to make sure that I'm eating breakfast. hahaha. So now every morning we eat refried beans sometimes fish, sometimes potato tacos, sometimes eggs with nopales, its all delicious. She's so amazing. Urbano has given up coffee! today at least. We'll see how it goes the rest of the week. Pray pray pray that he makes it!!!!

We met a new investigator yesterday. He's been coming to church for several weeks I'm pretty sure he's gone more than 5 times. We went over to teach him yesterday and he laid out his whole plan on what he's going to do to get baptized. he lives with some members who explained to him that he needs to get married first and he's all excited to learn, get married, and get baptized. He's really nice. His name is Juan Manuel.

Well we listened to conference in Spanish I tried not to fall asleep, I got most of the first session on Saturday but then after that it was almost to much to stay awake and listen in Spanish at the same time and I didn't really understand the rest, most of the time I was just nibbling crackers and peanuts to try and stay awake.

Its really hot and it gets hotter every day. I'm really happy that I won't be here when it gets REALLY HOT. that in June July and august. like suffocatingly hot. its worse in Santiago because in San Blas we are close to the beach and there iss always a breeze but in Santiago its dry and their is no air. just haze.

well this week was a week where we had to evade a lot of blatant sin in the streets. ´´semana santa´´ is the Easter week and every one gets out of school and there is SOO much beer everywhere. and so much iniquity. loud music every where and a lot of visitors show up. IT was so crowded this whole week. But now its over and every one is going back to their lives. IT just makes me sad that the week where we remember Christ 's atonement and resurrection has turned into a week of sin and evil doings. Its disgusting. But luckily we could take refuge in the chapel and watch conference and avoid all of that.

Naegle nover: Oh, Buda. I miss you because I'm in Óbuda April 7th

       So, as you can tell from my email title, I still haven't completely forgiven the powers that be over the fact that I live 40 minutes away from where I do all my work. The idea is that we should be able to tract a whole bunch and build up a pool of investigators out by where we live but that is for sure not going to happen for a while since we spend most of our time at the branch house teaching people that we had from before. If several generations of assistants to the president (who should technically be the best and brightest) couldn't create a solid teaching pool in Óbuda even when they had a car, why on earth would it happen now? In one of my old areas, the missionaries aren't allowed to tract in places that are closer to their respective branch houses than my new area is to the branch house here. Why are they not allowed to tract there? Because it is too far. Hmmm.

      Honestly though, everything will be totally fine. It will all even out as we grab some time here and there to work in Óbuda and as we start scheduling people better to minimize traveling time. I am just really exhausted right now from not having any regular meals or studies for several days since we've been all over the place and Óbuda creeps me out a little bit because I've never lived so far away from other missionaries.

      The good news is that I love my companion. I've been pretty sure I would serve with her since the beginning of last transfer actually and I knew we would get along. We were trained by the same sister and we have served with a lot of the same companions. I couldn't have asked for a better companion.

      We had a pretty good week this last week. The first day of the transfer we headed way out to a place called Budaörs, where we did some service at a dog shelter. It was really interesting. We spent a lot of time opening up little tins of really gross dog or cat food (most likely made from the remains of the other animals that passed away) and then we got to play with the dogs a little and take them out to walk. It was really fun but I let's just say the conditions of dog shelters in Hungary are for sure illegal in America. That being said, they really do take good care of the dogs. It was good because I got to spend some time talking with and getting to know our new investigator Gabi. She used to meet with the elders, but their companionship got eliminated and so we started to meet with her. She is ready to get baptized, but we have to find her concern.

      That night we taught a family who is less active. Actually the dad is not active and the mom is a little active. They are adorable and have two little girls. They are actually hoping to have more kids, which is pretty rare in Hungary. Much to my surprised delight, all four of them showed up to conference. We were so happy to see them, and later during the luncheon we had between sessions, I spied the dad in one of the classrooms getting a blessing from the bishop and some other members. Miracle!

      Another miracle of this week was finally seeing Dóra again. She came for the last part of conference and was able to talk with the mission president's wife afterwards, whom she really likes. We set up a program for us all to meet together and she said she would come to church, too. She will get baptized!! The best part is that mine and Sister Simons' trainer taught her and loves her so it's cool that we get to help her now.

      Another miracle was a man named Jozsi. I streeted him with a sister and a split, and he said that he was a member and we set up to meet. We finally met yesterday and he explained that he hasn't been to church in like 10 years because he could never quit smoking. However, about a year ago he was finally able to quit. He said that he figured God would tell him when it was time for him to come back and then he ran into us. We asked if we could go over all the lessons again with him, committed to read 1st Nephi before we meet again, and readily agreed to come to church. He didn't even flinch when I suggested that he meet with the bishop, and we even talked about getting him ready for the temple. I have never, ever met an inactive person who wanted to come back like that. It was a huge miracle. I am pretty certain that the prayers of the missionary who found and baptized him are the thing that is bringing him back.

      We finally got in touch with Laura (the one that used to live in America), and we scheduled a time to meet with her this week. András is doing great, but he was out of town for Easter, so he committed to watch some conference on line. Krisztián we have to give to the elders. Csaba (the one who didn't understand how we could keep the law of chastity) committed to stay for 20 minutes of conference. Then he got a phone call so he came in late but just in time to hear twenty minutes of Elder Packer's talk. I thought it was funny that he had just 20 minutes and that was the talk that he ended up hearing.

      So, things are pretty great here. I love serving here and I love the work. We are being very blessed and I think that some really good things are going to happen this transfer.

Hermana Naegle: Buenas noches! March 31st

because I am writing at 8:30 pm. We had transfers and we got back to our area at 6 we went to go eat with some members and talked a little bit and now we're writing. Sister Bazan (my companion) got sent to Colima to finish her mission and I'm finishing my mission here in San Blas. I can't believe that I am starting my last transfer!!! Its too much. I can't handle it. So many things have happened......

Well Irma started crying when we told her that transfers were a possiblity and then she whispered to me that even though we are leaving she will still go to church and will still keep reading and learning. she's amazing! I really admire her and I love her so much. It hurts to think that I'll have to leave her soon. Mom and Dad how soon can we come back to visit? and how often?

Crazy story: so yesterday at about 4 oclock they told us what transfers were goin gto be but they said nothing about what time we had to leave. So we got home at about 7:10ish and we started packing and cleaning the house when at about 7:20 our district leader calls and tells us that we have to be in Tepic that night! WHAT! I don't think I have ever packed so fast in my life. we packed and we were out of there in an hour to catch the last bus that leaves from San blas to tepic. we called a taxi and we got to the bus station right as the bus was about to leave. the taxi driver flashed down the bus driver with the lights and we were able to load up fast and there we were on our way to tepic at 8 pm. So as misisonaries we have a rule that you have to be in side your house and locked in at 9pm. The drive between san blas and tepic is about 2 hours made longer this time becasue of all the traffic. Everyone was freaking out becasue we got called like 20 times everyone asking ''are you there yet? are you there yet? call us when you get there!'' I about turned off the phone becasue they were calling so much! we arrived at 11:30. we went t obed at like 12:30. My companion left from tepic to Guadalajara at about 4 in the morning. I cried. I've never cried before about separating from a companion. She was just a darling and we got along so well! I'll see her again in six weeks though!

I spent pretty much tthe whole day today with four other sisters. they found out thta I know how to make cinnamon rolls and since they have an oven they put me to work! hahaha I think I've made more cinnamon rolls in these past three weeks than I have in my entire life! but mom I have to hand it to you my cinamon rolls don't even come close to yours. You shall always be the queen of the cinnamon roll. :)

Well I am now with my new companion her name is sister Rodriguez. There are about 3 or 4 sister Rodrigues in the mission so we weren't sure which one she was until she arrived. She's a darling! and just finished her training and guess what! her first area was Ixtapa where I spent three transfers! it was fun to chat with her about the people there I guess its changed a lot but I was glad to here that Luz and Manuel are still staying strong.. Manuel has problems getting to church because of work and getting sick alot which made me sad but it seems that luz is doing amazing and has a calling in the primary! I miss them so much! again I ask how soon can we come back to visit?

Well I love you all so much! I love looking at your pictures and seeing your beautiful smiling faces! it reminds me of the incredible blessing it is to have suh and amazing family. we truly are blessed. My eyes have been opened so much! I have seen and heard so many htings that cause me to realize that I have been givien so much but where much is given much is required.

In our zone conference that we had two weeks ago our misison president talked about how out of the billions of spiritual children that God has only about 0.09% were chosen to be members of the church. We as members have a HUGE resposiblity. We have th knowledge and we can only be saved along with out brethren. there is no being saved solo. it all or none. Thats why its so important to do temple work and missionary work.  Our misison president explained it better than I do but it was really impacting.

Well count your blessings! there are so many! everything God does is because he lves us even when he send us hardships he send them out of love. I learned that to day when I read in Alma 5. I don't remember the verse but read Alma 5 its one of my favorite chapters. In verse 6  (I think) it asks us if we have sufficiently remembered out God. What is it to sufficiently remember God? When we partake of the Sacrament we promis to remember Him always by being obedient to His commandments. So we find that to sufficiently remember Him is to be OBEDIENT. Its ont enough to just ''remember'' that He exists we have to FOLLOW HIm and be OBEDIENT to his commandments. Becasue if not then we are ''workers of iniquity'' and we CANNOT recieve eternal life.

Anyways there is so muc to learn form the scriptures! they are so full of interesting stuff. I'm readin gin Jeremiah right now and its incredibly intense. I reccomend it.

Naegle nover: I stay March 31st

        We got transfer calls this morning and I stay in Buda but I am being banished to Óbuda (another section of the city) because the APs want my apartment. Dirty politics. Luckily I will be able to keep my investigators and everything should be about the same I will just have more travel time.

       Highlights from the week included teaching crazy Csaba the Law of Chastity. He didn't take it so well and thinks that we just don't understand how it is in Hungary because in America chastity is just a foundational thing for everyone. But he thinks it's not fair to make 16 and 17-year-olds get married so that they can have sex. We couldn't really get the concept of waiting to sink in. Given that we all almost passed out from his body odour, I don't think that we need to worry about Csaba breaking the law of chastity any time soon.
      He promised to come to church and he did, but only in time for Sunday School, after which he went up to beautiful Betti Klinger (the young, pretty sunday school teacher) and asked her to explain to him how she could possibly keep the law of chastity as a Hungarian since these Americans don't really understand how it actually is. Face palm. But at least he came to church. There is hope for Csaba yet!

      We had a farsang party (farsang is kind of like Hungarian Halloween) and it turned out pretty good. Young single adults from all over the country came so I got to see Sister Kovács who is really Kíra now, and Szílvi from Debrecen, who was filling out her papers to go on a mission. It was soooo great to see them. We also had a couple investigators come so it was a success.

      Yesterday we went with the senior couple, the Petersons, to look up the older sister of Sister Peterson's sister's friend who is Hungarian but lives in the states. When we finally found the address the people who lived there said that Éva, who we were looking for, did not live there. So we called the number we had, and I awkwardly explained who we were and that we wanted to see her, and she, not really knowing who we were, told us that we had the wrong house number and to come on over. So it was a great success. She hasn't seen her sister in America for 30 years. It was cool to talk to her. She was really happy to have visitors and told us that we should have called and she would have baked for us. But we chose not to call originally because we were afraid she would tell us that she didn't to see us and then we would have had less of a chance of ever meeting her.

      I don't know if you remember Balázs the hit gyüli guy but we expected to never hear from him again after he cancelled our first meeting. Then he unexpectedly called us and wanted to meet. So we met at the local Starbucks and we tried to teach the Restoration. We ended on really gracious, respectful terms, but he hadn't read the Book of Mormon at all and said that he didn't really have time to read. So I suggested that we leave ten minutes early so that he could have ten extra minutes to read. He kind of got the point. It's so silly because he said he'd be happy to meet with us and hang out. But whatever. He really does have a strong faith and loves God and that's nice to see in the world.

Hermana Naegle: opposites 2 nephi 2:11-14 March 23rd

We are so excited about Irma and Urbano. They are of gold! literally pure gold. They are getting baptised on the 11th of April. They are so commited and they are seeing the peace and the change that thr gospel brings into their lives. We love them so much!

Maria is a bit nuts and hs some pretty intense phycological problems. She told us this week that she remembers whe she was born spiritually.... she just wanted to call attention to herself... and she told us that she remembers that Jesus Christ was there with his physical body and I told her that in the premortal life jesus christ didn't actually have a physical body. So then she changed her tactic and told us that she remembered her spiritual mother (as in the wife of God, since one time we explained to her that God has a wife) and she pretty much described me just with my companions eyes. So now me and my companion joke that we are the spritual mother of Maria and that we were the same spirit that got split in two when we came to earth ... we get a long really really well, I probably get along bettr with her then all my other companions.

they had me make cinnaon rolls again and on thursday I'm goin gto teach the relief society how to make them. It'll be fun :)

Well the other day we found 4 new investigators along wiht an american who sayshe knows the ''mormon message'' sinec he lkived in utah, I' pretty sure he didn't understand because otherwise he'd be baptised by now but he didn't want to listen.

I gave a talk insacrament meeting along with my companion and our district leader. We planched them with love and smiles. I talked about tithing and read the scripture in 3 nefi 24 about the windows of heaven etc. but I focused on the part that talks about what happens when we don't pay our tithes. The scripture starts out wiht a question '' will a man rob God?'' the answer is obvious 'no'' becasue quite frankly that would have to be one dumb man to even think about robbing God. Then the scripture says '' yet ye have robbed me.'' now we have to think crap God says we've robbed him so we ask '' in what have we robbed thee?'' ''in tithes and offerings.''  So now we know that when we don't pay tithing we rob God. then God goes on to say ''ye are cursed, with a curse.'' it gets wose not only have we broken one of the ten commandments because we robbed God we are also cursed with a curse. We as memebers sometimes forget to think about the consequences of disobeying. We see that when we obey we recieve blessings and we think well if I don't obey I just don't recieve blessings and I'm the same as before. But its not so. When we don't obey there is literaly a curse pronounced upon us. and what is the curse?

10 if you don't Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house; and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of Hosts, I will not open the windows of heaven, and I will not pour you out a blessing.
11 And I will not rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall destroy the fruits of your ground; and your vine shall cast her fruit before the time in the fields, saith the Lord of Hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you cursed, for ye shall be a hideous land, saith the Lord of Hosts.

Something like that. thn I told them that when we don't pay our tithing its because we don't have faith in God and we also break the first commandment because we put money before God.

Anyways then I shared how my parents have always payed their tithing  and what  testimoy its been for me to see the incredible blesings that God has given us.

well Love you all! remember that there are two parts to every commandment the blessing and the curse becasue there must be opposites for the universe o function. If there is up there must be down. I really love thinking about opposites. Its one of my favorite topics along with the fall of Adam and Eve its so incredibly interesting I actaully taught the gospel principles class on sunday it was about the fall it went really well.

Naegle nover: possibly my last week in Buda...but probably not Mar. 23rd

  If you can't tell by my email titles every week, I might be a little bit obsessedwith Buda. For those of you who don't know, Buda is actually just half of the city of Budapest divided by the Duna river. The Hungarians don't actually refer to it as Buda, it's all just Budapest to them. And they always call Budapest just "Pest". So we always sound silly as missionaries when we say "Buda". But for us it is Buda because to us it is a proselyting area, just like to us Pest (the other side of the river) is another area. The bridges are like neutral territory. If we want to live on the edge we go onto the brigdes.

      There is an island in the middle of the Duna that they turned into a huge park and since it is beautiful and there are always lots of people, we do a lot of tabling there. Tabling is where we have a table set up with copies of the Book of Mormon and other materials  on it and we talk to people or hand them flyers as they walk by. I love the island but soon we won't be allowed to go anymore because the weather is getting too nice and people will start getting skimpy since this is Europe.

      Even though our work isn't super easy here, I just love this place so much. It is for sure second only to Debrecen in terms of favorite areas. I love the city itself so much. It is beautiful and I love the feel of it. Especially this side of the Duna. It seems a little older and more austere. There is a road and a sidewalk that lines the Duna and at night it is soo gorgeous to go there and look at the big Parliament building that is across the river. It is a masterpeice of architecture and it is always lit up at night. Maybe when they build a temple in Hungary the will put it by the Duna so that it can glow  too.

      A few  tales from the week include us talking to a crazy man on the street named Tamás who was in prison and then became a believer when his friend died. He had a picture depicting her pulling him out of hell tattooed onto his left bicep. He said that "they are writing a book about my life" and he wanted us to help him translate part of it into English or something. He was hilarious.

      A cooler story is that we talked to another lady on the street who had just moved from Provo with her two kids after getting a divorce. She is Hungarian but moved to the U.S. and married an LDS guy there. She never got baptized but all her friends were LDS and she even knows of a few Hungarians here who are married to Americans. She says she wishes she could stay in America but she knows that she can't raise her kids without the emotional support of her family being near. She was so excited to talk to us and said she would happily meet with us and wants to come to church. Unfortunately she didn't answer when we called and didn't show up to church but I think we will be able to contact her eventually.  

      This is the last week of the transfer and then I will only have one left. Sister Dinehart and I totally love eachother so we keep joking that this will be a rough break up for us. I will most likely stay in Buda but they are threatening to send me to a part of the city that is further out because the missionaries that live there now  are the Assistants and they need to live closer to the mission home for meetings and such. But really they are just coveting my apartment because it's really nice. I don't care about the apartment but I do want to stay here because all my investigators are here and I love them. We have some cool new  people that I want to work with. If I do stay then this will be the very first time in my entire mission that I will stay somewhere a full two transfers.. So I'm praying to stay and trying to convince them to switch with another companionship that is close to the mission home too.
